It was a cold night in Vienna!
Instead, I went to the Two Door Cinema Club expecting to experience the Jazz and Glenn Miller music of America from the 20th century. After an intro of a couple of Strauss pieces, we found that the evening was more about the classical music of Europe, such as Strauss, Tchaikovski etc. There was no effort either to present any seasonal decoration at Meymandi Auditorium, which isn't the Vienna Opera House. The seating too is quite cramped and late comers ( of which there were many) certainly did not help. The music, as such, was professional but just not as advertised. To say I was disappointed was an understatement. This was not what I expected or paid for. Buyer beware!
